People seems to observe fasting or starving for a longer period or sometime take very low calorie diet to lose weight.But they are not much aware about the consequences they may invite by doing so.People who try to lose weight in a unhealthy way will become more prone to various kinds of diseases.In the process of losing weight they may become susceptible to sudden cardiac death,or they may accumulate uric acid in their body which can lead to gout or they may become more susceptible to gall stone formation.
