I have proved that anyone can make money on the internet without having to spend a fortune. I have recently been introduced to the Plug in Profit Site. I bought the package, hooked, line, and sinker. I still cannot believe that I bought this package it is totally out of character for me. I hate to spend money. I figured that it takes money to make money right? So why not!
*What it did cost me was 60 bucks to get my website up and running.
What I did not realize was that the program (The 30 day course) wanted me to shell out big bucks to promote my “money making website”.
Maybe if I would have spent the thousand dollars as suggested, I may have gotten my first customer allot sooner. I may even be making one thousand dollars a week by now … But I’m cheap I did not shell out the big bucks. What I did do was simple and pretty cheap, and pretty darn effective. I did the following 5 things.

You Can Easily Figure it Out Without Using a Financial Calculator

Have you ever wondered how much some of your investments will be worth 10 years from now? How about 20 years? You can easily figure it out without using a financial calculator. Just use the Rule of 72. Let's say you invested $10,000 in a fixed annuity earning 6% a year. In 24 years, your assets will be worth about $40,000. How does it work? The Rule of 72: Divide the number 72 by the interest you earn, and it will give you the number of years it will take for your money to double. Using the above example, 72 divided by 6 equals 12 years for doubling. Since there are two doubling periods in 24 years, the original $10,000 would be worth $20,000 in 12 years, and $40,000 in 24 years. Using this same Rule, an investment earning 8% would double in about 9 years, and a 12% investment would double in 6 years.

What Is Workflow? Document Management: Workflow Issues

In the context of documents, workflow means moving the documents. Goods Delivery Notes accompany merchandise and come back to the seller duly acknowledged by the buyer; Invoices have to be sent to the buyers; Checks have to be sent to suppliers; Letters have to be sent to many persons and organizations; and so on.
In addition to the external communications illustrated above, there are internal movements of documents. Attendance cards have to be sent to the payroll clerk; Pay sheets have to move to accounting and treasury departments; Memos have to move from person to person.
Need for Workflow Control
Unless the flow of documents is controlled through carefully developed policies and procedures, the result would be chaos. Goods Received Notes acknowledged by customers could be misplaced leading to disputes about invoices. Intended recipients of official memos might dispute ever having received the document. Employees might not get paid correctly or on time.

Goods Received Notes acknowledged by customers could be misplaced leading to disputes about invoices. Intended recipients of official memos might dispute ever having received the document. Employees might not get paid correctly or on time. The issues of confidentiality and business interests might also be compromised unless the flow of documents is controlled properly. Legal regulations require you to keep several kinds of data confidential. Business interests might require that you keep certain sensitive data accessible only to a restricted few. If you have inadequate control over the document flow, confidential and sensitive data could easily fall into the wrong hands. Kinds of Documents Before we look at how document workflow is controlled, let us take a quick look at the kinds of documents that arise in a business organization. Text documents: Letters, Reports, Statements, Contracts Drawings: Blueprints, Organization Charts, Workflow Charts Images: Photographs Printed materials: News articles, Reference materials Forms: Invoices, Orders, Attendance cards, Bin cards Almost every one of these documents involves some kind of workflow. Information has to be gathered from other documents for preparing a letter or report. Contracts have to be reviewed before signing. Information from other documents, collected from other persons or departments, have to be summarized for preparing statements like a sales analysis. Controlling Workflow Policies and procedures, carefully developed and properly implemented, are the key to document workflow management. Implementation would also involve adequate training to personnel who handle the documents. The policies would seek to identify opportunities for saving costs while meeting different requirements. In the absence of such policies, it is quite easy to incur unnecessary costs. For example, documents could be kept for unduly long periods, or in perpetuity, because no one knows when a document can be destroyed, or how to destroy it. Procedures would implement the policies on the ground. Documents would be routed efficiently to all concerned persons. Access to sensitive documents would be controlled through such means as passwords and permissions. Needed actions would be flagged as they become due. Workflow Patterns The basic functions are summarized by three words: Capture, Manage and Distribute. Data has to be captured at the best point considering convenience and cost. The captured data has to be managed effectively to serve intended purposes while keeping the data safe. Data and documents would have to be distributed to concerned persons in a manner that ensures their safety and minimizes the cost involved. And the basic workflow pattern is summarized by: Creation, Updating, Review and Approval. When data is captured, a record or document is typically created. The creation process must be designed for ease and error-free operation. Created records and documents would typically need to be updated – changed, worked on further or deleted. This must also be an easy and error-minimizing process. A single person rarely has complete control over a document or record. Proper authentication and prevention of errors and frauds would typically require that one or more persons, not involved in the creation or updating, review the created/updated documents. Another typical practice is that while the creation or updating is done by operating level personnel, it has to be approved by a supervisor or manager before it is put to intended use. Thus, approval is usually the last process before the workflow moves to the next stage. Processes Involved in Workflow If you observe the operations in an office, you would typically find the following processes taking place: Writing or typing Making copies Getting written or printed originals or copies Moving these documents to another person, either inside or outside the organization. (This might involve some preparations like putting a document in an envelope or other protective packing) Communications Monetary transactions based on documentary authorizations Storing documents away, safely and in an organized manner During earlier times, all documents involved paper (including carbon paper) and paperboards (for folders and tags). The Modern Workflow Document management systems have undergone a radical change since the appearance of computers and Internet. So has workflow. In a modern computerized and connected office, workflow typically involve Creation of digital records on computer disks Sending records to other persons using digital means Getting printouts at the points needed (instead of sending printed documents by hand to various places) Scanning to convert printed materials into digital format Using OCR technologies to make the scanned documents editable Making copies as needed instead of preparing the maximum number of copies at the stage of document creation itself Using fax and email for mailing documents Modern Workflow Tools With the change in the practices came new tools. Fax machines Computers Desktop printers Copiers Scanners Internet connectivity The modern workflow consists of typing at computer terminals or scanning printed materials, printing needed documents at your desktop or a central printer and emailing or faxing the documents to concerned persons The appearance of digital signature protocols is eliminating the need for paper documents even further. And content management systems, where many people access a central database and work collaboratively on documents, have made the document workflow and its management far more productive.,
Clarity After Commitment....

If you already know a thing, then there is no need for clarification. It is that which one does not know that causes one to procrastinate, be uncertain or to doubt.
We want what we want, and we want it now. That is how we human beings operate. It is good to have presence of mind and live in the now, but that does not mean that we should demand everything to come into our lives now. Everything that we need now, we already have. God has a set time for everything: To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven (Ecclesiastes 3:1).
My mentor Dr. Ellie Drake and founder of the Braveheart Women Community, uses this quote quite frequently: Clarity after Commitment; and it has helped me a great deal when I am in a situation where I find myself hemming and hawing. Do you know how sometimes we have a tendency to procrastinate or be indecisive? We behave this way for many reasons, some of which are because we are afraid, uncertain, doubtful or lacking faith and trust.

Do you know how sometimes we have a tendency to procrastinate or be indecisive? We behave this way for many reasons, some of which are because we are afraid, uncertain, doubtful or lacking faith and trust. The way to get around this is to make the commitment you are hemming and hawing about, and clarity will come after. Have you ever heard the saying: when the student is ready, the teacher will appear? By committing to something we are showing our readiness. Making commitments help us find our true talents and lead us to our destinies. When we have clarity, we make wiser decisions, take inspired actions and we are finally able to embrace our calling, enjoy our work and live in balance and harmony. I have been privileged to be a co-author in a soon to be released book titled: living in CLARITY. Please be on the look out for this book. It has stories from many established authors, inspirational and motivational speakers and philanthropist that will change your life. Below are a few excerpts from the book. I found that knowing my life’s purpose and my unique talents have been a key factor in knowing how I can best help and serve others. Brenda Blindenbach, page 71 Creating a life is like flying a plane-are you the pilot in your life and control of your circumstances? Or are you a passenger, letting circumstances control you, and allowing someone else to pilot your life to a destination of which you are uncertain of? Dr. Lawrence J. Tham. After Alex Mandossian loss a quarter of a million dollar on a business deal, he ended up on a park bench for two weeks. From there he made a commitment and clarity followed. Read his Six Steps to Clarity story on page 17. Read the list of things on that Anthony Robbins got clarity about after he committed: page 65. He has been able to accomplish great things to assist humanity. I pray that you are living in CLARITY. Until next time love, blessings & gratitude,

In biblical times, the fame of the wines of Lebanon was widespread. The ambrosial nectar from the lush and vast vineyards in the fertile valleys was much prized and praised. In Hosea 14:7, the words of the Lord pronounced that men who walked in righteousness ". . .will grow like grain. They will blossom like grapevines. They will be famous as the wines from Lebanon."

In Hosea 14:7, the words of the Lord pronounced that men who walked in righteousness ". . .will grow like grain. They will blossom like grapevines. They will be famous as the wines from Lebanon." The Ancient Vineyards Five thousand years ago, Lebanon was already into wine making long before the Greeks and the Romans. For the ancient Lebanese people, wine was part of every meal and the highlight of every festive family event. It was during a wedding in Cana that Jesus performed his first miracle; upon the prodding of his mother, he changed water into wine during a wedding feast. The significance of this miracle is not lost on the Christian world or to the imbibers and connoisseurs of fine wines. The miracle still lives - Lebanon wines are still the best you can find. The Phoenicians, the ancestors of the present-day Lebanese, sailed the seas to sell their wines. Those who settled in certain areas established vineyards and perfected the technique of fermenting grapes, making their wines the finest in the ancient world. Before the sun could bathe the valley with light, the field workers hied to the vineyards of Baalbeck Valley to harvest the grapes. The grapes were later pressed to a liquid and aged in large wine vats, subsequently sold to nearby countries and lands across the seas. Lebanon's Wine Industry Is it coincidence or accident that the French occupied Lebanon? France brought along new farming technology and wine making techniques. But it was only in 1837 that the wine industry was modernized. This helped the local vintners develop better wines that catered to different and more cosmopolitan tastes. The country produces some 6 million bottles of wine yearly. By quantity standards, this number is small compared to other premiere wine-producing countries. But the Lebanese can boast of the quality of their wines, and the wine industry of the country is a fast growing one with 16 wine producers offering the best from their vineyards. The prominent wine producers are Musar, Kefraya, and Ch?teaux Ksara. These companies have the distinction of winning competitions and their wines are exported to North American and Europe. Their wines also find their way to nearby eastern communities. The wines survived a troubled past of wars and civil unrest. The Chateau Musar started in 1931 is one of the old wines still produced and was lapped by a drinking public that loved how the wine was adulterated with foreign grapes. This wine is only marketed after six years of aging in huge oak barrels. Another old wine producer is the Vin Nakad, which produces the favorite Chateau 2000, a full-bodied wine that has notes of fruit and corn. The Chateau 2002 from another wine producer Nabise Mont Liban has notes of musk and framboise and a touch of vanilla. The Massaya, one of the newer Lebanon wineries, was put up in 1998. Among its offerings are the Massaya "Reserve" red 2000 (a spicy and fruity wine), the Massaya Classic Rose 2001 with its hint of fruity sweetness and herbs, and the fruity Massaya Selection Blanc de Blancs 2001 Bekaa. Wine will always be part of the Lebanese culture today and in the future. Nations may rise and fall, but friendships will always be sealed with a toast and a quaff of sparkling wine. So drink your Lebanese wine with gusto.,
The Dark Side of the Law of Attraction

Many people might find it hard to fathom that the Law of Attraction has a dark side. It seems such a fine, positive, happy law that it seems impossible that something could actually be dangerous about it. And yet, in my mind, there is a growing shadow, a creeping suspicion that somewhere in the universe an evil presence is wringing its hands in glee and anticipation as more and more people subscribe to this notion that everything that happens in this world can be controlled by mere thought and that the thought process is what attracts good and bad events into one's life. Perhaps this evil presence somehow feeds on the notions it creates, perhaps it enjoys polarizing people, or perhaps it's simply trying to prevent those who can engage in critical thinking from doing so. I really don't know. I can just sense this presence lurking, waiting for its chance to pounce on the unsuspecting and maximize the chaos and mayhem it plans on unleashing upon the universe. I shudder just thinking about it.

The origin of this power is self-esteem. The origin of self-esteem is trust in the power that created us.
To own my voice, to unleash the sound of my spirit, to communicate the energy of my deeper self, means:
That I am always singing my song, the unique song of my being-ness. When that quality emerges, others who listenWill be inspired to sing theirs.
I woke this morning, well at 3:40 AM actually, for that is when my inner voice likes to communicate with me. I had read this inspirational card about voice a couple of days ago and it must have been subconsciously still on my mind.
I have been learning a great deal over the past several weeks about our voice, since being invited to participate on the set of the infomercial for the braveheart women global community. As a group we began to work more on our voices
